1997-2006 TJ/LJ HEMI HARNESS CONVERSIONS

We have been building TJ/LJ Hemi Swap Harnesses since 2005.  With our TJ/LJ Harness Conversions, we take your existing Jeep Firewall Harness, Jeep Engine Harness and the harness off your new donor HEMI and create a new Harness System to meet the system requirements of your new driveline.  We choose to build our systems using your specific Hemi donor harness so we can be sure the right connectors are utilized as Chrysler changed connectors over the years. This way of crafting a new harness eliminates most connectivity issues and retains a factory appearance under the hood.

CONVERSION NOTES:

  • You will need to send in your Stock Jeep Engine Harness, FUSE BOX/Firewall Harness and the harness of your new HEMI Engine.
  • Jeep made many changes over the years to the wiring systems in the TJ/LJs, so we modify your specific fuse block [PDC] and engine harness to work with your new HEMI Engine and transmission.
  • The FUSE BOX harness runs across the firewall and down into the tub on the drivers side. The Harness un-plugs inside the drivers kick panel.  Early TJs have 3 connectors and later TJs only 2.
  • The stock Jeep engine harness runs all the way to the fuel tank. You have to drop the fuel tank in the conversion anyways so this is just one step in the process.  Please DO NOT CUT any wires.
  • You can keep your Battery Cables if you like. They are not reused with the conversion. If you send your Fuse Box in with stock cables on it, we will remove them and scrap them during the modification process as they will not work with the new HEMI Driveline.

TJ/LJ GM LS CONVERSION WIRING

We have been building TJ/LJ LS Swap Harnesses since 2005.  With our TJ/LJ Harness Conversions, we take your existing Jeep Firewall Harness, Jeep Engine Harness and the harness off your donor LS and create a new Harness System to meet the system requirements of your new driveline.  We choose to build our systems using your specific LS donor harness so we can be sure the right connectors are utilized as both CHRYSLER and GM changed connectors over the years. This way of crafting a new harness eliminates most connectivity issues and promotes a factory appearance under the hood.
